- Be willing to try new things
- Train people in unique ways
- Engage young people as soon as possible
Technology and Serving
- Learn some new skills
- Using a camera, audio and lighting might also help outside of church
- Hosting Zoom is now the same as hosting a church event
Encouraging Those That Serve
- Discover what is working somewhere else, what skills are they using
- Seeing something in someone and invite them in
- Short term commitments might lead to long term commitments
- Have creative solutions for how to reach the next generation
- Listen to the next generation and their ideas
