Dave has been a youth pastor for over 30 years, and a family pastor for 6 years. Just recently Dave has accepted a position as the satellite director for Youth Unlimited/YFC Sarnia Lambton.
Dave has a passion to help this next generation become everything God wants them to become. He believes that this is done by encouraging parents, equipping youth leaders and engaging students.

- Parents always need to be working on their relational influence
- Maximize the time you have as the window of opportunity closes fast
Parenting Long Term
- Always parent with the end in mind
- We are not really raising children, we are raising adults
When You Are Volunteering
- For those that are working with kids, you are not their parent
- Work to partner with the parents to really help them
